The Foundation stage is organised into six areas of learning:

Communication, language and literacy skills are developed so that the children have a solid foundation on which they can build. 
 
Similarly, mathematical learning gives practical experience of number, shape, space and measures.
 
Physical education is delivered by qualified professionals using the fully equipped gymnasium, pool and field.

Music and a variety of artistic activities encourage creative development.

A knowledge and understanding of the world is learnt through interactive play and focused activities.

Children’s personal, social and emotional development is enhanced by participating in assemblies and school performances.  It is broadened by stimulating outside play on a soft-surfaced area, complete with climbing frames, play house, water and a variety of outdoor toys.
